| Description | 5 x 7 in.: Black and White photograph is in landscape orientation. It shows "Great Room" of Hanover House, a historic house formerly in Berkeley County but moved to and reconstructed on Clemson University campus prior to construction of Santee Cooper Power and Navigation Project. Shows corner of room. On left wallis a door with two vertical raised and molded panels above and below a center horizontal raised and molded panel. On right wall near corneris a larger set of double doors with a light above; reis one vertical raised and molded panel above and below a center, smaller raised and molded horizontal panel. se doors are in some dark color. At right are two sets of cupboard doors, one above or; upper doors form an arch, and doors are white. walls are white and formed by vertical sheathing with vertical and horizontal battens creating effect of panels. Written on back in pencilis "Hanover. Detail of Great Room". |
