Eisenhoweris standing on a large platform making a speech; only his head and neck are visible. re are several microphones in front of him with one labeled ""WNOK."" Eisenhoweris wearing glasses, a light-colored suit, a white shirt, and a tie. left side of platform ( only side thatis visible)is hung with red, white and blue bunting, has wires running down it and has a South Carolina state flag standing to back; front of platformis made up of a large sign reading ""South Carolinians for Eisenhower."" In lower right corner of sign are letters ""BAB."" In right backgroundis north side of South Carolina State House in Columbia with pediment and some of columns visible. In left foreground are head and shoulders of a statue of George Washington.
