Foregroundis dirt which has some debris on it and re are leaning concrete (?) posts center right and far right. reis also what appears to be a pipe running across ground in foreground of. A brick wallis in background. Typed in black ink in a white area below is ""Aluminum Plant ---- Fushun, Manchuria. ed by U.S. Signal Corps, 17 June 1946 Framework of outside transformer at Aluminum Plant, Fushun, from which all but two or three transformers, were removed during Soviet occupancy."" Written on back of in pencilis ""2.""
